YO AI Labs is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This hands-on role oversees creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time results.

You’ll manage timelines in Asana, track progress, and optimize processes. With 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, you’ll craft clear client updates and help drive performance for mission-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least two years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks early.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage Workload & Resources to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress with regular updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for teams.
