Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager based in Argentina to drive market expansion and develop localized strategies for Argentina.

You will lead a regional sales plan, manage a local sales team, and build key customer relationships to meet sales objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing market movements, coordinating with global HQ, and ensuring compliant operations with cost control.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience in the Argentine market with a proven track record of success in sales within the Argentine Intercom, Smart Security, IoT, and Smart Home industries.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Chinese, serving as a key liaison to global HQ and streamline cross-border project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market expansion in Argentina and develop localized market strategies with annual/quarterly sales plans.
• Decompose objectives and supervise implementation to achieve regional sales KPIs.
• Analyze Argentina market movements, competitor status, and local policies to optimize sales and market strategies.
• Manage the local sales team, organize business and skill training, and build incentive mechanisms to drive performance.
• Develop and maintain local sales channels and key customer relationships, expanding partnership resources.
• Ensure regional business compliance, oversee daily operations and cost control, and align with global HQ for stable growth.
