• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, HCI, or related field.
• Track record of implementing AI-assisted or automation solutions and fostering user adoption.

• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance tests for engineering/ML teams.
• Define KPIs and track ROI; iterate based on telemetry and feedback.
