RemoteFetch is seeking a senior account leader to own relationships with AI lab partners, scope engagements, and drive expansion from pilot to production. You sit between origination and execution, coordinating with the Human Data Evals Lead and Human Data Managers to ensure high-quality delivery while growing the commercial footprint.

On a small team, you carry the commercial weight of the relationship and shape how we sell and deliver across engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years in account management, engagement management, or partnerships with recent exposure to AI/ML data or benchmarking.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a nice-to-have.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and converting pilots to production.
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort with ambiguity in early, fast-moving environments.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical work and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Account ownership. Be the senior, trusted point of contact for lab partners on Slack and calls.
• Scoping & expansion. Turn requests and pilots into scoped engagements and SOWs; grow the account engagement across engagements.
• Delivery oversight. Own outcomes across the account's projects with Human Data Managers executing.
• Commercial sense. Manage scope, pricing inputs, and margin; involve CEO on pricing and SMEs as needed.
• Strategic read. Track lab directions, surface next opportunities, and feed origination signals back to leadership.
