phData is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead client-facing data and AI programs in a remote-first setup. You will own delivery across multi-geo phData teams and partners, translating strategy into roadmaps and ensuring measurable business impact for sponsors and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in Technical Program/PM within consulting or professional services, with experience across data platforms, AI/ML, and modern data stacks. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of Technical Program / Program Management experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience leading multi-workstream initiatives across data platforms, analytics, cloud, and/or AI/ML, with Agile delivery and Waterfall understanding.
• Background in AI, data, analytics projects with familiarity across Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, BI, and ML/LLM platforms and trade-offs.
• Ownership of performance across a project portfolio including billable utilization and managing multiple customers.
• Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams.
• PMP and CSM certifications are strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% per month.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex AI and data programs as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and partners, owning successful delivery and client outcomes.
• Translate client strategy into clear roadmaps and integrated delivery plans, balancing pace, quality, scope, and risk across multi-geo teams.
• Partner closely with technical delivery leads, architects, and engineers to ensure delivery aligns to business goals and measurable value.
• Own engagement financials including budget, burn, margins, forecasting, utilization, and change control; proactively manage risk and variances using delivery metrics.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior client, partner, and technical stakeholders, providing concise status updates and executive-ready storytelling.
• Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and difficult trade-offs with calm, data-informed recommendations.
• Manage project risks and customer escalations end-to-end in close partnership with delivery and sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand phData services, including AI and analytics offerings, within existing accounts.
• Provide account health readouts covering financials, project status, AI adoption metrics, and key blockers.
• Help shape a healthy, inclusive delivery culture by coaching Project Managers and consultants, and contributing to the evolution of AI-augmented delivery practices.
