EverAI is sourcing a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth for its fully remote global team. You will own paid channels, optimize funnels, and collaborate with product and content teams to drive high-converting campaigns and rapid experimentation.

The role emphasizes scaling CAC/ROAS, testing new channels (TikTok, Meta, Google, native), and building dashboards to guide strategic moves in a fast-moving AI companionship platform.

Formación

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage large paid media budgets ($300K–$1M+/month).
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum and dashboards.
• Excellent English communication and rapid iteration capability.

Responsabilidades

• Own one or two paid channels and scale performance.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor performance daily and drive decisions from CPA, ROAS and retention data.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
• Negotiate with traffic sources and explore new acquisition opportunities.
• Create SOPs and playbooks for scalable campaigns.
