Anyone AI seeks a data initiatives leader to own data proposals, sample development, and pilot delivery for AI labs. You’ll design frontier-grade sample packages and ground-truth benchmarks, collaborating with subject-matter experts to produce production-ready deliverables.

This role is the operational center of the Human Data Division on a small team. You will recruit and calibrate experts across coding, agentic/tool-use, and reasoning, manage lab relationships and pilots end-to-end—from

Formación

• 5+ years in technical delivery or program management in AI/ML data.
• Hands-on experience delivering data or evaluation work to AI labs or enterprise ML teams.
• Deep evaluation and quality expertise in frontier model evaluation.
• Proven leadership of people or vendors to a quality standard.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Study public benchmarks and eval targets, turn them into proposals and sample packages.
• Design and build sample packages with SMEs, ensuring ground truth and headroom.
• Recruit, calibrate, and review a pool of experts across coding and reasoning.
• Be the direct point of contact for lab partners and manage communications.
• Own pilots end to end: scoping, SOW, staffing, production, QC, delivery.
