Job summary

SAP is seeking a Product Owner for the People & Organization Growth team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will bridge HR business processes with CPIT AI incubations, focusing on agentic AI topics, SuccessFactors integrations and governance. Hybrid, full-time role with cross-functional delivery across internal SAP teams.

You will lead discovery, define user stories, manage KPIs and ensure adoption, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years experience delivering digital/AI products.
• Expert consulting skills in SuccessFactors.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, chaining and orchestration patterns.
• Experience with HR systems and HR data/workflow patterns.
• Pilot programs, feature-flag rollouts and observability experience.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with stakeholders to define problem statements, personas and success metrics.
• Translate needs into user stories, specs and acceptance tests for engineering teams.
• Prioritize work balancing value, risk and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and feedback.
• Governance, data privacy and guardrails; role-based access and escalation policy.
