Job summary

iion is seeking a senior Partner Campaign Manager to own the lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns for US & LatAm in a fully remote setup. You will partner with re-sellers, agencies, and clients, lead onboarding and platform demos, and deliver regular reporting to optimize performance.

The role requires 4+ years in digital media/AdTech with strong CPM knowledge, data storytelling, and bilingual communication (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital media/operations in client-facing roles at agencies or AdTech companies.
• Strong commercial acumen: comfortable with CPMs, margins, rate negotiation and growing reseller and agency revenue.
• Deep expertise in digital and programmatic advertising (DSPs/ SSPs, media, tracking, analytics)
• Broad digital media knowledge (Programmatic, CTV, Social)
• Strong client-facing skills, with a knack for identifying new opportunities and up-sell; proven ability to tell impactful stories using data and insights to influence client decisions
• Skilled in giving platform demos and client training/onboarding on Adtech/Programmatic platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with strong spelling and grammar
• Ambitious with strong values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong partnerships with re-sellers, agencies and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Collaborate with the regional/global sales teams to maximize iion's market presence and effectiveness with key re-sellers and agency groups
• Lead partner/client onboarding, training, and platform demos, ensuring complete understanding of platform features and benefits
• Deliver timely and compelling campaign reporting (weekly / monthly) and post-campaign analysis that showcase campaign success and drive future strategies
• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring KPIs and client expectations are consistently met in partnership with internal campaign managers
• Gather and communicate client feedback and platform issues to internal product teams to facilitate ongoing platform improvement
• Proactively inform clients of platform updates, new features and up-sell packages (seasonal, festive, major events etc.)
• Utilize market research and intelligence tools to develop insightful proposals and identify future growth opportunities
