Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets in the iGaming space. The role focuses on building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships while ensuring compliant, high-quality traffic and sustainable growth.

You will recruit and onboard partners, negotiate CPA/RevShare terms, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets.
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM groups.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance using KPIs like FTDs, NGR, retention and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and ROI.
