Prometeo Talent is partnering with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets. You will build, manage, and scale affiliate partnerships, focusing on CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models, while ensuring quality traffic and compliant campaigns.

The role is fully remote within an international environment, requires 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management (iGaming or performance marketing), and strong English plus Spanish or Portuguese.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments.
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets.
• Experience with affiliate platforms and networks is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
