Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand partnerships across LATAM in a fully remote setting. You will recruit and manage affiliates, negotiate CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI across digital marketing programs.

The role requires 3–5+ years in affiliate management, strong LATAM experience, and a proactive network of partners. English required; Spanish/Portuguese valued. Join a dynamic, international team supporting global brands.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Affiliate Management experience in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong track record with LATAM affiliate networks and partners.
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates preferred.
• Solid understanding of KPIs and performance-based models.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates across LATAM.
• Maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals and manage performance.
• Monitor metrics like FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing/analytics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
