Job summary

iion is a global game advertising platform seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to oversee end-to-end digital campaigns for US & LatAm markets. You will lead onboarding, training, and platform demos, and deliver regular reporting while driving growth with clients and partners.

Required 4+ years in digital media, strong programmatic expertise, and fluent English and Spanish. This is a fully remote role with a Buenos Aires preference and opportunities across APAC/Europe teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital media/operations and client-facing roles at agencies or AdTech companies.
• Strong commercial acumen: CPMs, margins, rate negotiation and revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in digital and programmatic advertising (DSPs/SSPs, media, tracking, analytics).
• Broad digital media knowledge (Programmatic, CTV, Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with re-sellers, agencies and clients.
• Collaborate with regional/global sales to maximize market presence.
• Lead partner/client onboarding, training, and platform demos.
• Deliver weekly/monthly campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle with internal campaign managers.
• Gather client feedback and communicate platform issues to product teams.
• Inform clients of platform updates and upsell packages.
• Use market research to develop proposals and growth opportunities.
