Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets. You will build, manage, and scale affiliate relationships across Latin America, negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals to drive growth and quality traffic.

You’ll work with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns, monitor key metrics, and support affiliates with promotional strategies while ensuring brand compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing affiliate partnerships in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM affiliate markets and partners.
• Existing network of active affiliates (SEO, influencers, media buyers).
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard LATAM affiliate partners.
• Manage and optimize CPA, RevShare, and hybrid agreements.
• Monitor performance metrics like FTDs, retention, traffic quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to maximize ROI.
• Provide partners with promotional strategies and campaign optimization.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
