Job summary

Black Dragon Capital seeks an Account Director for Paid Media + AI to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative. You’ll approve campaigns, adjust budgets, and drive AI-enabled delivery with Claude.

You’ll build features on the internal platform, specify requirements, test on staging, and ensure delivery scales to handle more accounts while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency.
• Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing, and you can name the decision.
• Google Ads and Meta campaigns you built and managed yourself.
• Daily work with Claude or a similar tool, and something real you released through it.
• Habit of checking AI output before it goes live.
• Comfort with tag managers, CRMs, DNS, and webhooks.
• Near-native English, and confidence saying no to a client on a call.
• Drive to grow with the company as it takes on more accounts.

Responsibilities

• Run the client relationship with owners, executive directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids, and cut the search terms that bring no leads.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline imports from the CRM.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, then own go-live, redirects, and Search Console.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms so each lead can be followed to the sale.
• Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports before they go out.
