Job summary

Optery is seeking a Digital Marketing Director (Client Accounts + Paid Media + AI) to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative. You will review options, approve them or request fixes, and report to the CEO while collaborating with founders.

Fully remote LATAM contractor role with US business hours. You’ll direct Claude-powered features, define specs, test them, and ensure scalable growth as the company expands, taking over the approval queue by day 90.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or agencies.
• Final say on client ad spend, creative, or pricing.
• Daily work with Claude or similar AI tools and verifiable releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6–10 client accounts across paid media and websites.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets, bids, and prune low-performing terms.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline CRM imports.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, then go-live with redirects.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms for end-to-end leads.
• Approve client pricing changes and promotions.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports.
