Job summary

Ai World Congress in LATAM seeks a hands-on account manager to own client accounts from onboarding through ongoing optimization. You’ll write brand messaging and copy, run SEO, social, and paid media, and manage conversion tracking and ad structure directly.

You’ll build Claude workflows, standardize briefs and trackers, and ensure every AI draft is polished for brand tone and trust. The role supports multiple locations and requires comfort shaping processes as you go, with near-full remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with a project or client you built.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts, often with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so location data is clear and comparable.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used by the team weekly.
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
