Job summary

Risefolio seeks a Digital Marketing Director (Client Accounts + Paid Media + AI) to own the final decisions across 6–10 accounts. You will optimize Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and websites while guiding Claude-driven automation. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fully remote, LATAM contractor setup.

You will build features on the internal platform, write specs, and test improvements, ensuring outcomes meet client goals while maintaining QA on every deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency.
• Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing, and you can name the decision.
• Google Ads and Meta campaigns you built and managed yourself.
• Daily work with Claude or a similar tool, and something real you released through it.
• The habit of checking AI output before it goes live.
• Comfort with tag managers, CRMs, DNS, and webhooks.
• Near-native English, and confidence saying no to a client on a call.

Responsibilities

• Run the client relationship with owners, executive directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids, and cut the search terms that bring no leads.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline imports from the CRM.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, then own go-live, redirects, and Search Console.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms so each lead can be followed to the sale.
• Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports before they go out.
