Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative. You’ll review AI-driven options, approve or fix them, and drive strategy with a small team supported by Claude-based automation.

You’ll manage client relationships with owners and executives, shape pricing and promotions, and oversee reporting. This role is fully remote from LATAM, works US business hours, and pays in USD as a contractor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency.
• Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing, and you can name the decision.
• Google Ads and Meta campaigns you built and managed yourself.
• Daily work with Claude or a similar tool, and something real you released through it.

Responsibilities

• Run the client relationship with owners, executive directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids, and cut the search terms that bring no leads.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline imports from the CRM.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, then own go-live, redirects, and Search Console.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms so each lead can be followed to the sale.
• Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports before they go out.
