Job summary

Black Dragon Capital seeks an Account Director (Paid Media + AI) to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative. You’ll review options prepared by AI agents, approve or refine them, and drive decisive outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll start by taking over the approval queue and scale delivery to handle more accounts. You’ll direct Claude-powered features, write specs, test, and merge changes, without needing to be an engineer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency.
• Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing, and you can name the decision.
• Google Ads and Meta campaigns you built and managed yourself.
• Daily work with Claude or a similar tool, and something real you released through it.

Responsibilities

• Run the client relationship with owners, executive directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids, and cut non-performing terms.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline imports from the CRM.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds, own go-live, redirects, and Search Console.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms for lead tracking to sale.
• Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports before they go out.
