Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is hiring an Account Manager to own client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization for multi-location brands. You’ll draft brand messaging in Claude and manage SEO, social, and paid media with cross-location tracking.

This fully remote LATAM contractor role requires near-native English, hands-on campaign management, and comfort coordinating across time zones. Compensation in USD with unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, including multi-location
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and tagging
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins with agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction with clear scope and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface actionable insights.
• Align creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing, inquiries, and enrollments.
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities and support proposals with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested to help financial health.
