Job summary

Bertoni Solutions seeks a Digital Marketing Director to own 6–10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative. AI-driven production is handled by Claude-based agents; you approve options, or request fixes.

Youll report to the CEO and will build tools to scale delivery, aiming to take on more accounts with the same team. This is a remote LATAM contractor role with US business hours and USD pay.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency.
• You make the final call on ad spend, creative, or pricing for a client.
• You have built and managed Google Ads and Meta campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Run client relationships with owners, exec directors, and sales teams.
• Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch.
• Adjust budgets and bids; prune non-performing keywords.
• Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline CRM imports.
• Direct WordPress rebuilds; manage go-live, redirects, and Search Console.
• Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms to follow leads to sales.
• Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports.
