Blink22 is seeking a Business Development Manager with extensive design or technology consulting sales experience. You will be responsible for finding, qualifying, researching, and closing deals and projects for our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for software and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Nurture relationships and outreach initiatives
2. Enhance connections with current connectors and referral partners
3. Explore and identify subtleties within client relationships, utilizing appropriate strategies to ensure valuable and constructive communications
4. Utilize the existing network and relationships to facilitate beneficial introductions, attract new clients, and identify potential referral partners
5. Participate in events and engage in business initiatives to strengthen relationships for Blink22
6. Effectively communicate knowledge of design and development processes, alongside Blink22's overall expertise
7. Position yourself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy advisor during initial conversations with potential clients
8. Prioritize new business opportunities and the necessary steps to capitalize on them
9. Qualify new business opportunities through meaningful conversations to gather and verify essential deal information
10. Conduct pitches and high-value interactions to advance deals through the sales pipeline
11. Assist in creating proposals, writing Statements of Work (SOW), and collaborating with team members and stakeholders
12. Develop project plans, including resource allocation and cost projections, with Product Managers and Technical Architects
13. Manage Sales and Marketing Operations
14. Oversee and support the complete sales cycle
15. Optimize sales pipeline processes
16. Foster new communication channels within the team to improve efficiencies
17. Lead marketing initiatives for Blink22 as a software house brand
18. Research and guide new business strategies aligned with business goals such as client partnerships and emerging technologies

1. Over 3 years of experience in sales or business development within an agency or consulting firm

4. Ability to ask insightful questions, identify decision factors, and extract insights from conversations and data
5. Project management skills to handle multiple projects with some uncertainty
6. Experience in developing and implementing competency-building processes and best practices
7. Residency in the UAE is required
8. Strong research, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
9. Ability to lead in a metrics-driven, process-oriented environment with accountability
10. High emotional intelligence and a persistent, value-driven approach
