Job description

Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Work closely with discipline leads (structural civil MEP architecture etc. to gather and refine technical inputs.

Develop bid strategies and methodologies that differentiate the company from competitors.

Ensure all submissions meet compliance formatting and quality standards.

Assist in preparing risk assessments value propositions and alternative solutions where required and documenting lessons learnt.

Liaise with clients internal teams and external partners to clarify project scope technical details and bid requirements.

Work alongside the Bid Manager to define winning strategies for key opportunities.

Review tender documents specifications and requirements to ensure accurate responses.

Ensure technical documentation is clear concise and tailored to client needs.

Develop and maintain a library of highquality bid content including case studies benchmarking etc.

Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling proposals.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in largescale infrastructure transportation or building projects.

Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
