This is a unique chance to manage an established team of Senior Client Partners and Client Partners tasked with both expanding our client base (net new logos) and fostering relationships with existing industry partners in the Industry market segment. What you'll be doing
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 5 high-performing Senior Client Partners and Client Partners, creating a results-focused and collaborative team culture.
  • Blend of Art and Science: Use creative and agile leadership to balance the art of building relationships and crafting solutions with the science behind data-driven decision-making.
  • Account Strategy: Segment accounts, establish account plans, and structure opportunities effectively while ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with technical pre- and post-sales teams, including Partner Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Technical Architects, to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Sales Operations: Leverage data to assess sales funnel health, produce actionable insights, manage forecasts, and communicate performance effectively to senior leadership.
  • Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the team’s strategic vision while inspiring your team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of ongoing learning, curiosity, and innovation within your team while addressing challenges creatively and proactively.
What we're looking for
  • Experience: 10+ years in software or services sales, preferably within the SaaS market, with at least 3 years managing people and teams.
  • Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated success in a Senior Manager or Director-level role, with proven experience in building and growing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong capability to formulate and implement vision and strategy for your team, driving both short-term results and long-term impact.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to guide the team in consultative and strategic selling.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in using data and metrics for sales reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Industry Expertise: Solid background in software sales, subscription models, and/or SaaS platforms, with experience navigating competitive market environments.
You might also have
  • Familiarity with solution-oriented sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring team members across different career levels to foster professional development.
  • Prior experience in selling complex software solutions, subscription-based offerings, or cloud-based services.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English required, Arabic is a significant advantage).
