- Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train, manage, and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor inventory and order food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.
- Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Work closely with management to implement policies and improve service quality.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, café, or hospitality sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
