- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, warehouse, and other teams for smooth workflow.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and elevate as necessary.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Maintain proper documentation for operations, deliveries, and inventory.
