A luxury hotel chain in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing F&B operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service. The candidate should have a hospitality diploma and at least two years of experience in luxury hotel settings. Essential skills include advanced proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of F&B terminology. This role offers a dynamic working environment focused on quality and guest experiences.
To execute the position of Restaurant Supervisor, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years' experience in a similar operational role.
Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including MICROS/point of sell platforms. I am familiar with Food and beverage terminology, application, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
I have an excellent command of written and spoken English with some knowledge of the local language and customs.
