A HealthTech company is seeking a Sales Development Team Lead in Dubai. You will drive new business opportunities and lead a team to achieve exceptional sales performance. Responsibilities include training team members, qualifying prospects, and monitoring team KPIs. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for revolutionizing healthcare.
