Our business extends to serving the B2B and B2C markets via various Ecommerce platforms such as; Amazon Mumzworld and through traditional retailers.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support the smooth running of our operations. You’ll lead a team, ensure efficient workflows and maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, safety and productivity.

• Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of warehouse staff including receiving, picking, packing and shipping
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure team members meet performance targets
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements
• Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time
• Train and mentor warehouse employees to enhance their skills and productivity
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when needed

• Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with lean warehouse practices or Six Sigma methodologies
• Background in retail and Ecommerce inventory management and logistics
