- Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Assist senior engineers and construction managers in ensuring quality and timely completion of construction tasks within your discipline.
- Provide technical guidance, leadership, and support to construction teams.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and comply with HSE guidelines.
- Collaborate with other disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Telecom) and project stakeholders to optimize project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports, maintain documentation, and assist in inspections to ensure construction quality and standards compliance.
