A leading banking institution in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage client queries and transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of banking experience and a Bachelor's degree. This position is full-time and requires handling cash management operations while adhering to policies and procedures.
This role is primarily responsible for attending/resolving customer queries and executing transactions with high degree of efficiency thereby enhancing customers experience with FAB. Deliver high quality and timely service to internal and external customers in adherence to the policies and procedures.
