A prestigious healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a compassionate Community Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in home and community settings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, at least 2 years of experience, and a passion for holistic care. Responsibilities include providing nursing care, conducting assessments, educating patients, and monitoring progress. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with a valid driver’s license preferred.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community health, home care, or a hospital setting.
- Eligible for or currently holding a DHA license.
- Valid driver’s license preferred due to mobile nature of role.
Aufgaben
- Provide nursing care at patients' homes including post-operative and wound care.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans with healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and health maintenance.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to care coordinators.
