In this crucial role, you will provide compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in their own homes, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing patient comfort and promoting their health and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care in patients' homes.
  • Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting any changes to the physician.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, fostering independence and dignity.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
  • Develop and implement patient‑centered nursing care plans.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and support.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
  • Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in homecare nursing preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to provide individualized patient care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 AED per month (depends on experience).

Duty Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week (Saturday–Thursday), 9 hours a day.
