Job summary
A leading engineering firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior QC Engineer Mechanical to oversee quality control activities for a major Oil & Gas project. Candidates should have over 15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership capabilities, and certifications including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and ASNT Level II. This role demands excellent communication and analytical skills with a commitment to the highest quality standards in compliance with applicable codes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Control for major Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong supervisory and coordination skills with demonstrated experience managing QC teams.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all mechanical quality control activities across the project site.
- Review and approve quality documents including ITPs, method statements, and inspection reports.
- Supervise and guide QC inspectors to ensure adherence to project specifications.
