Job summary

A construction and consultancy firm is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to lead the delivery of luxury high-rise residential and hospitality towers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ultra-luxury projects, UAE experience, and strong leadership skills. The project

Development and delivery of 3 luxury high-rise residential and hospitality towers located in a central Dubai location.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Client relationship management - act as the primary interface with the client and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.
  • Leadership and team development - build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Governance and compliance - ensure adherence to the client’s and Mace’s governance framework, local regulations, and international best practices.
  • Risk and opportunity management - identify, assess, and manage project risks while leveraging opportunities for value creation.
  • Financial oversight - coordinate with the client’s commercial team to manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting to achieve financial targets and mitigate risks.
  • Full lifecycle delivery expertise - demonstrate experience across all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept development and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Stakeholder coordination - manage internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and timely approvals.
  • Quality assurance - drive luxury standards in finishes and guest experience for hospitality and residential components.
  • Innovation and digital tools - implement advanced construction methodologies and digital platforms (e.g., BIM) for efficiency and transparency.
  • Health, safety and sustainability - champion zero-harm culture and sustainability initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
You’ll need to have:
  • Proven experience in the delivery of ultra-luxury residential and hospitality projects.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, particularly interior designers on high-end developments.
  • UAE experience with full project lifecycle experience, including a good understanding of the development process.
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) and relevant technical qualifications.
  • Commercial acumen and leadership managing budgets, design and project teams, and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and carbon impact, driving compliance and best practice.
