An international banking institution is seeking a Specialist in AML TM Quality Checks to support the AML transaction monitoring team in aligning policies and procedures with regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting quality reviews, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing operational expertise in AML compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of banking experience, including solid knowledge of AML regulations, and a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Fluency in English and Arabic is desirable, along with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the Manager AML TM Quality Checks the main responsibilities of this role is to support the AML transaction monitoring team to ensure that efforts are made to align the related policies and procedures with regulatory requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
JOB CONTEXT/DIMENSIONS
The Specialist AML TM QC must be able to build and maintain productive business relationships with business stakeholders across the different lines of business and the ability to work cross-functionally across the different lines of business to effectively deliver the role purpose.
