A leading organization in governance seeks a Governance Manager to oversee and implement governance frameworks for IT Managed Services. You will ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO standards, and HR policies while driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in risk management. This full-time position is located in Dubai, UAE, and does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in IT governance, service management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in contract management and SLA monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks aligned with ITIL and ISO standards.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements and drive service improvements.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and workforce governance.
