Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Officers / Senior Sales Officers with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a client-centric approach. Senior candidates with a leadership mindset may also be considered for team mentorship roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for secondary and off-plan property portfolios.
• Identify, engage, and manage a pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Maintain and grow a personal inventory of listed properties.
• Facilitate end-to-end property transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert advisory to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Negotiate sales contracts to secure favorable terms for all parties.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, owners, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE real estate laws and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience within the UAE real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, documentation processes, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Existing client network or active team (advantageous, particularly for Senior Sales Officer level).
