Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
Assist with the recruitment process, including responding to applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and onboarding employees.
Maintain and update bulletin boards in service areas for sharing company information with all staff.
Complete all payroll records for payroll processing.
Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
