Are you an experienced HR Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity We are seeking a proactive HR professional with a strong background in human resources particularly within the delivery or logistics industry. If you have expertise in recruitment employee relations compliance and HR operations we want to hear from you!
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
- Handle employee relations addressing grievances disputes and performance issues effectively.
- Process visa applications work permits and other necessary employee documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure workforce availability and resolve HR-related challenges.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics workforce planning and key HR functions.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of HR experience in the delivery logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle highpressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
