Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to scheduling meetings and appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, preparing reports, maintaining databases, handling customer inquiries, coordinating travel arrangements and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position with minimal work experience in an office setting.
