A transportation services provider in Dubai is seeking a Senior Customer Service Assistant to provide effective administrative support and customer service for the Transport Control Centre. Responsibilities
- Provide admin support and customer service functions for all activities related to the Transport Control Centre.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including customers and crew.
- Ensure all systems and records are accurately maintained and service delays are minimised.
- Interact with other departments to ensure data/records and billing are accurately maintained and service delays are minimal.
