- Experience in hiring and mentoring team members
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI)
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and customizations
- Familiarity with industry accelerators and add-ons
- Ability to guide clients through digital transformation
- Experience in software delivery consultancy roles
- Familiarity with waterfall, agile, and DevOps methodologies
