Job description
Overview
The client is a well renowned Hedge Fund with main offices in London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. Having spun out from a Proprietary Trading Team at an Investment Bank and building a strong track record in the early 2000s, they are continuing their search for Quantitative Researchers and Traders from other top Funds and leading IB Franchises.
Role Overview
- Monitoring and maintaining live trading activities.
- Developing tools to improve execution.
- Upgrading strategy configuration.
- Collaborating with Traders; providing insights and suggesting improvements.
- Manually execute trades for various strategies within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in STEM related field; Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering etc.
- Proficiency in programming with Python. Knowledge or experience with C / C++ is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong problem solving and numerical skills.
- Passion to learn and a strong interest in Finance.
