Job summary
A leading insurance platform in UAE is seeking a Head of Retail Medical Sales Operations to lead a high-volume team of medical insurance advisors. This role requires a senior sales leader to focus on performance and execution in a regulated environment. Candidates must have 10–15 years of sales leadership experience, particularly in managing advisor-led teams, along with direct experience in UAE retail medical insurance. This position is pivotal for driving sales performance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of sales leadership experience in high-volume environments.
- Mandatory experience managing advisor-led or call-centre-style sales teams.
- Direct UAE retail medical insurance experience is required.
- Proven track record of running large, target-driven sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large teams of retail medical insurance advisors.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and targets.
- Ensure adherence to DHA regulations and internal sales controls.
