Job description

Job Summary:

The Legal Executive will assist the legal team by supporting various tasks related to research, document preparation, case management, and compliance.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

Following up about legal cases inside and outside
Draft Legal Notices and respond to any
Draft Legal Contracts and Review Contracts
Support all Legal Divisions and other related departments
Ensure Legal fieldwork is completed within the assigned timeframe
Timely escalation of delays and issues to the CFO and assess any legal engagements

Requirements:

Experience (Yrs & Field): 3 to 6 years experience
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law

Skills & Abilities:
Good documentation and Excel skills, Basic understanding of legal terminology and document preparation
