Job description
Project Services Manager needed in Dubai!
We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Services Manager to oversee a major gas development project in Libya. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensuring projects meet quality standards through rigorous quality control.
- Lead a dedicated team, assign tasks, and support professional growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, optimize resources, and mitigate risks.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 15 years in Project Services / Project Control post-degree.
- At least 5 years in the oil and gas industry and onshore/offshore engineering.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Rotation Schedule:
10 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Travel:
Economy flights provided at the start and end of each rotation cycle.
