Job Overview

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Supervisor - Guest Operations at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise Entry Operations including staffing, scheduling, and operational execution.
  • Ensure entry points operate smoothly, monitoring crowd flow and guest entry experience.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Team Leaders and Attendants.
  • Address operational challenges and escalate critical issues to the Manager as needed.
  • Implement training programs and SOP updates in coordination with department leadership.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, monitor KPIs, and track attendance and productivity.
  • Support event operations, capacity planning, and emergency protocols at entry zones.
  • Conduct inspections of entry equipment and ensure timely issue resolution and reporting.
  • Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team
About you

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in guest services, theme park, or entry operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in POS and ticketing platforms
  • Team supervision and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing high-volume guest flow and safety compliance
  • Strong communication, reporting, and coordination abilities
