We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate HSE Advisor to support our global operations in the construction and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have 10‑15 years of relevant experience in Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) management with a focus on HSE systems and procedures. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive continuous improvements across various projects and business units internationally.
- Provide expert HSE advice to corporate and project teams.
- Support risk assessments, compliance guidance and HSSE improvements during project phases.
- Mentor and develop HSE trainees, enhancing team knowledge and skills.
- Conduct HSE audits and monitor compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead investigations on HSSE incidents and propose corrective actions.
- Foster HSSE culture through leadership and behavior‑based safety programs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HSSE standards are upheld across projects.
- Experience working in Japan is nice to have but not mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles with a strong background in HSE systems, programs and personnel management.
- Internationally recognized qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
